This Privacy Policy explains how VijanaPrint ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and safeguards personal data when you visit vijanaprint.com or interact with our pilot intake forms. We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR").

2. Personal data we collect

• Contact data you submit (name, work email, company, country, coffee volume, notes).
• Technical data (IP address, browser type, referrer, pages viewed) collected automatically through standard server logs and used only for security and abuse prevention.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to pilot enquiries and pre-contractual contact — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Operating, securing, and improving the website — legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Complying with legal obligations (record-keeping, due-diligence documentation) — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

4. Recipients

Personal data is shared only with vetted processors who host our website and email infrastructure. We do not sell personal data and do not transfer data to third parties for marketing.

5. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (2021/914) and apply supplementary technical measures (encryption in transit).

6. Retention

Pilot enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from last contact, then deleted or anonymised. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days.
