EUDR Posture
We are deliberate about the language we use. VijanaPrint is EUDR-ready infrastructure — built to support importers' due diligence under Regulation (EU) 2023/1115. We do not claim that any specific consignment is "100% EUDR compliant"; that determination remains the importer's responsibility.
What we provide
- GPS plot polygons captured by trained field agents at the farm gate.
- Farmer and cooperative (AMCOS) registration with verifiable identifiers.
- Batch-level chain-of-custody records from farm to export gate.
- Structured due-diligence documentation packages aligned with Art. 9 information requirements.
- Deforestation risk-screening references against publicly available baseline maps.
What we do not do
- We are not a marketplace or trader of coffee.
- We are not the exporter or importer of record.
- We do not file the Due Diligence Statement on the EU Information System; the importer files it.
Document set delivered to buyers
- Geolocation dataset (GeoJSON / CSV) per consignment.
- Producer roster with cooperative affiliation.
- Risk assessment summary with sources and timestamps.
- Mitigation notes where applicable.
- Cryptographic hashes for tamper-evidence.
