EUDR Posture

We are deliberate about the language we use. VijanaPrint is EUDR-ready infrastructure — built to support importers' due diligence under Regulation (EU) 2023/1115. We do not claim that any specific consignment is "100% EUDR compliant"; that determination remains the importer's responsibility.

What we provide

  • GPS plot polygons captured by trained field agents at the farm gate.
  • Farmer and cooperative (AMCOS) registration with verifiable identifiers.
  • Batch-level chain-of-custody records from farm to export gate.
  • Structured due-diligence documentation packages aligned with Art. 9 information requirements.
  • Deforestation risk-screening references against publicly available baseline maps.

What we do not do

  • We are not a marketplace or trader of coffee.
  • We are not the exporter or importer of record.
  • We do not file the Due Diligence Statement on the EU Information System; the importer files it.

Document set delivered to buyers

  • Geolocation dataset (GeoJSON / CSV) per consignment.
  • Producer roster with cooperative affiliation.
  • Risk assessment summary with sources and timestamps.
  • Mitigation notes where applicable.
  • Cryptographic hashes for tamper-evidence.
